The West Basin Property has 2 historical discoveries of zinc-lead-silver mineralization. The Fors vent that has zones of massive sulphide (zinc-lead-silver) within a vent complex and bedded above the vent was first discovered by Cominco in 1968. The Smoker discovery, approximately 2.5 km northwest of the Fors vent, is a vent complex measuring 400m by 100m in area that contains zones of weak to abundant disseminated zinc-lead-silver mineralization. Preliminary gravity data suggests the potential for additional mineralization on the property. The property is road accessible and close to rail, power and a local workforce.
